   Motion by Sue Kowalczyk, seconded by Rachel Okafor: Motion to adopt Resolution 2026-41 setting the 2027 preliminary levy. Motion carried (4 ayes, 1 nay). Ayes: Ahmed Warsame, Dale Thorson, Rachel Okafor, Sue Kowalczyk. Nays: Tim Brandvold.
