   Variance granted with two conditions.

   Motion by Hannah Yang, seconded by Mark Lunde: Motion to grant the variance with the two conditions in the staff report. Motion carried (6 ayes, 0 nays).

Regular Agenda

1. Keeping of Backyard Chickens (File 2026-0207)
   Recommended to the City Council 5 to 1.

   Motion by Luis Herrera, seconded by Brenda Kiefer: Motion to recommend approval of Ordinance 2026-07 to the City Council. Motion carried (5 ayes, 1 nay). Ayes: Brenda Kiefer, Hannah Yang, Janet Ostrander, Luis Herrera, Sue Kowalczyk. Nays: Mark Lunde.
