Preliminary Plat: Prairie View Second Addition
A 38-lot single-family subdivision on 14 acres east of County Road 7.
The developer requests preliminary plat approval for 38 single-family lots, one outlot for stormwater and an extension of Meadow Lane. The Planning Commission held the public hearing and recommends approval with nine conditions covering park dedication, a development agreement, stormwater and a second access before the 20th building permit.
Four residents of Meadow Lane commented on construction traffic. Condition 6 routes construction traffic to County Road 7.
Recommendation
Approve the preliminary plat subject to the nine conditions recommended by the Planning Commission.
Fiscal impact
Developer pays all public improvement costs through the development agreement.
