Approval of the minutes of the previous regular meeting.

Recommendation: Approve the minutes as presented.

Regular Agenda

1. 2027 Water, Sewer and Electric Rates

Setting utility rates for 2027.

The Public Utilities Commission recommends a 4% increase in water rates and 3% in sewer rates to fund the water tower and lift station projects. Electric rates stay the same.

Recommendation: Adopt the 2027 utility rate schedule as recommended by the Public Utilities Commission.

Fiscal impact: Utility funds; no effect on the levy.
